Cancellation Policy

1. Requesting Cancellation

To request cancellation, email achakir675@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email address.

If digital supply has not begun, we will cancel the order and refund payment received.

2. Orders Already Delivered

Some digital orders may be fulfilled quickly, leaving little time to cancel before supply begins.

Once delivery or access has begun, cancellation depends on your statutory rights and our Refund & Return Policy. Immediate delivery does not, by itself, remove any legal withdrawal right.

3. Immediate Digital Supply

Where applicable law requires it, we will request your express consent before supplying digital content during a withdrawal period, together with acknowledgement of the resulting loss of your withdrawal right.

4. Cancellation by InkCloud

We may cancel an order if payment fails, the product is unavailable, or we cannot lawfully fulfil it. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

5. Faulty or Undelivered Products

Cancellation restrictions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially misdescribed, or not supplied.
